Welcome to Glow Time Club, a division of Growth RETI LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or subscribing to our automation coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services and Products
a. Glow Time Club provides high-end beauty experiences and professional automation coaching.
b. Glow Kits: Our "VIP Glow Kits" are curated beauty boxes that include full-size products and samples. All sales of Glow Kits are final due to the nature of the cosmetic products.
c. Automation Coaching: Our Glow Pro Suite™, Glow Pro Academy™ and Conquista Digital™ systems are subscription-based coaching modules designed for modern entrepreneurs.
2. Subscription and Payments
a. Billing: Automation modules are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Growth RETI LLC to charge your payment method on file every 30 days.
b. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user portal. Access to the automated systems will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
c. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for "Glow Kits" once they have been processed for shipping.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection
a. The workflows, snapshots, landing page designs, and scripts within the Glow Pro Suite are the exclusive property of Growth RETI LLC.
b. Limited License: Subscribers are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use these systems for their personal business only.
c. Prohibition of Resale: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, sharing, or distributing our automation blueprints or snapshots to third parties. Violation will result in immediate termination of service without refund and potential legal action.
4. SMS and Mobile Terms
a. Opt-In: By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., appointment reminders, shipping alerts).
b. Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our systems.
c. Support: For help, text "HELP" to our VIP line.
d. Opt-Out: Text "STOP" at any time to unsubscribe. After texting "STOP," you will receive one final confirmation message.

Please be advised that while Glow Time Club proudly features Mary Kay® products, this website, its automation coaching, and all associated consulting services are proprietary offerings of Growth RETI LLC. They are not endorsed, sponsored, or provided by Mary Kay Inc. or its subsidiaries.

6. Limitation of Liability
a. Growth RETI LLC provides automation systems "as-is." While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any business interruptions caused by third-party platform (GHL, Carrier, or Email) outages.
7. Governing Law
a. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas, Texas.
